We are actively recruiting for the following positions:

Maintenance Mechanic – St. Petersburg

Reporting to the Regional Property Manager, the individual will be responsible for daily maintenance of several properties located in St. Petersburg and other surrounding areas. The individual will respond to emergency service calls and must have a knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.  Working with outside contractors and vendors, strong communication, computer skills and a can-do attitude are also needed.  The individual must be able to work independently as well and have a valid Florida drivers license and reliable personal vehicle.
