Denholtz Associates Completes Renovation Project at Bernardsville Office Building3.6.2018
Bernardsville, N.J. (March 6, 2018) – Denholtz Associates announces the completion of a $500,000 capital improvement project at their 54,600-square-foot office building located at 150 Morristown Road in Bernardsville, N.J.
Denholtz Associates has been focused on assessing its current office portfolio to identify ways in which they can better meet the needs and requirements of today’s modern tenants. At 150 Morristown Road this analysis uncovered that most tenants did not have a dedicated communal gathering or lounge area in their office spaces, which is an amenity desired by most tenants in today’s marketplace. To address this, the Denholtz team, in conjunction with project architect, J.A. Mihalik, AIA, wanted to create a modern communal space that allowed tenants to grab a healthy snack, unwind or catch up on the news. The improvement project commenced in 1Q 2017 and included replacement of the existing walkway and significant upgrades to the lobby including; addition of a media wall, new healthy vending options, new lighting, new modern furniture and fixtures, new flooring, upgraded HVAC and a café/lounge seating area.
The two-story, Class-A office space features flexible units ranging from 800 to 6,000 square feet and is located in the heart of Somerset County, just minutes from downtown Bernardsville and six miles from downtown Morristown. The location offers immediate access to Route 202 and easy access to Routes 24 and 206 and I-78 and I-80.
