Denholtz Associates Announces Capital Improvement Plan for Bernardsville Office Building

Bernardsville, N.J. (March 30, 2017) – Denholtz Associates announced that they are embarking on a capital improvement project at their 54,600-square-foot office building at 150 Morristown Road in Bernardsville, N.J. The project is slated for completion in Summer 2017.

The improvement project will include replacement of the existing walkway, upgrades to the elevator interiors and significant upgrades to the lobby including; addition of a media wall, new healthy vending options, new lighting, new modern furniture and fixtures, and a café/lounge seating area. These changes will ensure that the two-story multi-tenant Class-A office building will continue to offer tenants superior amenities to maintain the property’s high occupancy rates and continue to attract quality tenants.

The property is located in the heart of Somerset County, just minutes from downtown Bernardsville and six miles from downtown Morristown. The location offers immediate access to Route 202 and easy access to Routes 24 and 206 and I-78 and I-80.
